Classic Vietnam – 10 night/11 day
Day 1
Arrival Hanoi and transfer to hotel
Day 2
- Visit the city highlights – Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Opera House
- Cyclo Tour through the Old Quarter
Day 3
- Cooking Class at the Sofitel - complete with trip to the market
Day 4
- Visit the wonders of the now UNESCO site of Halong Bay on a luxurious antique “junk” cruise. Thousands of limestone pinnacles protrude through the azure waters.
- Overnight and meals included.
Day 5
- Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi lesson. After breakfast enjoy a short trek to a nearby summit.
- Return to Hanoi and catch a flight to Hue.

Day 6
- City Tour :Hue served as the capital of Vietnam for more than 140 years. It houses ancient temples, imperial buildings and French-style edifices. It was established in the 17th century.
Day 7
- Embark on a local boat and cruise down the PERFUME RIVER to the iconic THIEN MU PAGODA, an elegant seven-tiered octagonal tower which has become Hue's most widely recognizable monument
- Journey from Hue over scenic mountainous roads with spectacular views over the coastline. Halfway between Danang and Hue lies the dramatic HAI VAN PASS, the high dividing line between the climate zones of north and south Vietnam. Continue southwards passing LANG CO, a lovely stretch of beach curving outwards between a clear blue lagoon and the South China Sea, and the large coastal city of DANANG before arriving in Hoi An. This lovely Imperial city of Hoi An, a charming 16th century merchant town and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight Hoi An
Day 8
- Hoi An is best explored on foot or by cylco. For many centuries Hoi An was one of South-East Asia's most important ports. Fortunately Hoi An was spared much of the destruction of the Vietnam War. No other town in Vietnam has such well-preserved ancient buildings. Today Hoi An is unsurpassed for its charm and has blossomed into an artists' colony.
- Visit with The Global Village Foundation whose mission is to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy in vietnam by providing books to children in rural villages. Option to donate a mobile library in person.

Saigon /Mekong Delta – choose btw the following activities
- City Tour- Sightseeing includes some of the following highlights: Notre Dame Cathedral, Palace of the Jade Emperor and Ben Thanh Market.
- Cu Chi Tunnels-Visit the Cu Chi tunnel system used by the Vietcong, located just outside Saigon (optional)
- Mekong Delta –explore the winding canals of the delta and get a glimpse of rural canal life. Option: Sampan Donation
